I need some help doing a self test. Im trying to use a 12v LED. When I plug everything in I just get a solid red light. I tried hooking up the connection fromt he STO to the battery first then the jumper and then did it in reverse. Both times I got a red light. The first time I tried it we ran the cr for a few minutes (probably about 10) to check for a tick. The next time was after we drove it. Ive checked it many times since hten and still get a solid light. The battery has been hooked up since saturday. Any help as to what I might be doing wrong is greatly appreciated.

1. Battery (+) to LED to STO
2. STI to SIGRTN, if it doesn't work....STI to Battery (-).

If no dice, have a No Codes condition.

so just run a wire from sti to a ground and that's it?
