fuel pump not running ?? need help desperately running out of ideas

fuel pump not running ?? need help desperately running out of ideas
i have a 1994 gt 5.0 recently was putting a cold air intake on. and was cutting fender hole opening little and making bigger. for ne air filter tube and cut into three wires. taped back and .the car had no fire and the fuel pump was not priming or running at all (even when key was on). we installed a new ecu/ecm (passengers side behind floor panel) and car has fire
now. but no fuel pump. but will run if you put wire to brown and pink wire on rear inertia switch. but and the relays on the relay box are all still switching like should. i running out of ideas. also can the fuel pump be wired to run with the key on. if i cannot figure this out im going to put 1400 rounds of 7.62X39 and about 5 gallons of gas through this car i need help ??????

Unplug the inertia switch and jump it with a wire, if it starts u need a switch if not its not the switch. The inertia switch turns on the fuel pump relay so if its turning on then the inertia switch is good. The fuel pump relay is usually green and black. But if you cut some wires then make sure those are fixed first and check ALLLLLLL fuses, not just the ones the say fuel pump or engine, check allll of them. Let us know if u need more help.
