i had my 35%'s removed and got 20%. they charged me around $25 for removal, if i remember correctly, for each window. the price may vary depending on where you go but, i dont think that others would charge too much more. or less..

over time the tints are going to bubble up. It doesnt matter how well or how poorly they were put on. eventually, they will have to be replaced.

I dont see why you should have a problem just pealing it off..... mine was very easy. Maybe mine wasnt applied right or something.

just get a small part pulled back with a razor and see how it comes, if it's a pain in the can, take it to a tint shop...jmo
