with out the comp your timing should be around 36 total. get a wide-band o2 setup so you can tune your a/f ratio. try those first. you should be able to tune it with a big carb on there. smaller would be better, but not necessarily needed if you can get this one tuned right.

Yes Mustang dyno's do read lower, try and find a DynoJet dyno for next time.

hey r.barn, is your 260rwhp on a dynojet or mustang dyno? what do you think your rwhp would be for the other dyno? Just asking for reference to how much of a difference is between the two.

I think r.barn's car was on a dynojet. Mustangdyno's do read lower. To give you an idea my friend stock 03' Mach 1 dynoed 227hp on a Mustangdyno and 270hp on a dynojet.

with those heads vic jrs are too much... you need a rpm or simular...they dont start power till 3000 rpms...e cam starts way b4//mis match...

seriously guys...it's only like 10-15 hp difference between mustang dynos, and dyno jets. not enough to account for the ****ty numbers he got.
