Default steering squeak

I have come to find out that my car squeaks when i turn left. its fine going straight or turning right, but left i get this high pitched squeak!
Also when i turn a hard left the rims will rub on the lower support arms... could this be because its out of alignment, or what?

also, my power steering pump pully is slightly out of round. it wobbles... i think i blew the bearing in it, because when i had the belts off and spun it, well it didnt move too well.
so, my second question i guess is how i go about fixing that, is it just poping in a new pump and going? or is it more in depth. also does anyone suggest a nice power steering pump?
