pointless. octane does NOT add power
Think of it as a fuel stabilization rating...............
when you add compression from boost or higher c/r or more timing you need a more stable fuel
so it explodes the way you want it to.
It's pointless on a non supercharged or nitrous engine.
Do a search on google on fuel octane and do some reading as to what it really is
