Throw-out bearing noise

Throw-out bearing noise
Likely a stupid question; Does anyone with a king cobra clutch have issues with throw-out bearings? I just went for a burn and it seems to be getting louder as I become more aware. Slight pressure on the pedal will basically make it go away, but surely this thing doesn't have much life left. I didn't put the thing in and I don't know how long it has been in there. Not more than a few years though. BTW, my pedal is crazy tough to depress. Some guy at the speed shop says his was the same way, but he was kind of a stroke so I take it with a grain of salt. Normal, typical, not good, wha'dya think?

RE: Throw-out bearing noise
I just bought my 5.0 2 weeks ago and the kid told me it needed a new throw-out bearing makes loud noises havn't had the chance to do it yet but it also goes away when I touch the pedal starting to think mayB it isn't bad. mayB I'll w8 till it gets a lil louder to be sure. I wouldn't want to waste all that time changing it if it's just cuz the clutch. but then again it's posed to have a Centerforce not king cobra

RE: Throw-out bearing noise
I was thinking that my throwout bearing was going to, but it's the opposite from what you guys are talking about. Mine makes noise when the clutch is depressed, and when I release it, it goes away.
