E cam has a .498 lift and the B has a .480 lift. The B has a rougher Idle and the E is smog legal I think.

In general longer duration is what will cause more pollution.

Correct.

P--I think you're thinking of the E cam w/ 1.7's (.529) or 1.72's (.535)......

E303 is what I'm running with a 5 speed and i love it . The stang is efi but swaping to carb. can this cam rum with carb?

Not sure about w/ a carb, but I'm running the E cam w/ 1.72's and like it so far. I've got a few problems to tweak, but they are unrelated to the combo..... Hopefully more power to come after they're fixed
