No reason to go bigger unless you build a stroker. 600cfm is already plenty. MM&FF actually tested a 575cfm Demon on one of these motors and they gained power across the board. You will have no torque with a bigger carb, hence the 69/70 Boss 302's came with 785cfm carbs and made no power below 5000rpms.
