You don't have the gears lined up right I would think. It may be that the pinion gear is to tight when it is to far away from the ring gear it will make a noise only on acceleration. When the pinion gear is set to deep into the ring gear it will make a noise on deceleration, so you may have to use some different shims on the pinion gear.

yoke has a groove in it
u-joints
bad bearing in the rear end
exhaust pipe hitting
pinion is not set to the right depth
bad pinion angle
driveshaft is loose
nut behind the steering wheel is loose

Once I swapped out my rear for another and I had this vibration at 50+ mph. It's your u joint bro. I never understood how, but It was. Change both U joints and youll have it fixed. And tighten the bolts just in case.
