Default vibration in rear end??

I changed the rear end in my Mustang and now I have a vibration in it at around 60 - 80 mph.
Does anybody know what that might be?

You don't have the gears lined up right I would think. It may be that the pinion gear is to tight when it is to far away from the ring gear it will make a noise only on acceleration. When the pinion gear is set to deep into the ring gear it will make a noise on deceleration, so you may have to use some different shims on the pinion gear.

Once I swapped out my rear for another and I had this vibration at 50+ mph. It's your u joint bro. I never understood how, but It was. Change both U joints and youll have it fixed. And tighten the bolts just in case.
