ive heard that all gt's came with limited slip rear ends. mine only gets a one tire fire...... is that broke too? ( i know of a local guy that will set me up with a new posi unit and any gears i want for $160. good deal?)

i think they all did come with limited slip. i dont know how to fix that, i think 160 is a good deal if it is a good gear size.

the difference between 3.55 and 3.73's is is about 300rpms when the car is near 6000rpms. very little difference at all. go with at lest 3.73's if not lower. what type of posi is he selling for $160? are the gears included in that price? if not, and the posi is just a new trac loc, then your getting ripped off. if the posi is an eaton or an auborn then go for it. the factory trac loc is pretty $h*tty. thats why they always wear out.

3.55 match a 302 very well and they get the job done!! Thats what i would go with...but its up to you man
