whats differance????
what are some of the diff between a gt & lx i just bought this car and its a lx with gt body kit any diff in looks or interior and will gt parts fit on this car or when i order parts do i order for lx?????i think car looks good but just want to no diff thanks

Mine has elecric windows and its not a GT. And yes, your lucky you dont have them. Just something else that can break... Along with the stuid electric locks...

It depends on what year LX it is. The 87-88 V8 LX models had the low buck interor the same as the 4 cylinder models (power windows and locks were optional). In 89 Ford came out with the LX Sport (which is what mine is) that came with the same Tweed interior as the GT, so it was essentially the same as a GT minus the ground effects, with a different wing, different grille, and no ugly tail lights. I believe power windows and locks were a standard part of this package as well. I believe the LX Sport package carried over for the 1990 model year, and in 91 became standard on the V8 LX models.
