Default Well i dont know if it was an Ls1...

Does anyone know if the Z28 camaros came with the LS1? Cause today a Z28 wanted to play a little bit, and I was quite suprised how poorly my car did. it was pretty much from a 10MPH role but i couldnt get ahead and stay ahead infact it took untill i shifted into 3rd to have a steady pull on him, but it was pulling him it was catchin up from about his mid door. Granted I think it might be a lot to due to the fact that my tranny is about to blow up on me and im not the best shifter in the world.

Yes Z28 is LS1 engine, the SS was same but with better rims, brakes, suspension, ect......

I raced one too, was dead even race, those cars put down like 280-290 at the wheels

yeah i figured they did. I dont know what year his was but oh well. I think if i had a little better traction it might help too, didnt really gin speed fast in first and just went sideways halfway through 2nd. oh well ill admit is was bested today, until i can prove otherwise....
