ever since i put my a9p(a9l did this also till it crapped out???)

when i first start my car in the morning it will start then drop and almost die...sometimes it has..


i only have emmision codes egr ect

all my stuff works..that i know of..had most tested or cleaned out so i'm running out of solutions...

big cam/heads and all the goodies just to let you know where i'm at with things

My mostly stock 5.0 will do the same thing. I have to rev the engine to about 1200 for a couple (10) seconds and then until the engine gets cold again. I have asked around (Not the forum regrettably) and had no success in finding an answer so fa.r

The Ect code will make you run rich or lean depending on how it went bad(open or shorted)

damnit grabbem88 get a freaking tuner already!! with your cam you need to have that computer tweaked a bit, the cam timing is way off among other things. Either that or just throw the money out and buy a new IAC from FORD, that might fix it, but only for awhile. telling ya if you got a tweecer or something like that and got a good dyno tune on it your car wouldnt have and driveability issues and you might find that extra little power your missing

yes i know i need to buy one....bout tires for my car,and for the bronco(those were not cheap)...got kids new beds...lets see how this month turns out.

yeah those two would be great together. I would help you out, but that stuff is way over my head. You being in the lower 48 you should be able to find a pretty good place that works with tweecer or any place that does custom tunes.

I'm w/ 50mikey, my bronco had that problem until I had it tuned then it ran great(god I miss that truck)

i have had it tuned,but without getting into the computer i think was a waste.....well it's either that or a p.m.s since anderson ford isn't that far of a drive

go with what closest. anybody that deals with these tuners alot is a good bet. just give em the time to do it.
