Default suspension

well i figure its time to dip into suspension before i start on any major power adders. i have my mind set on having a suspension that works excellent at the track but rides good on the street. i dont carve corners or anything, but i want something that doesnt handle like crap. im thinking 50/50 shocks in the back, some adjustable strange struts in the front, 4 cyl springs up front, but the big question i have is the rear control arms. this car will be on a drag radial so i dont need anything too crazy. i would like to have something that is adjustable so i can change a setting and it can go from good ride quality to max traction. i could care less about making the car sit lower, i just want something thats easy to adjust and doesnt require alot of time to setup. im new to suspension so i would appreciate some advice, and maybe a few writeups on suspension setups on our beloved foxbodys. thanks

i was thinking about the upr's but how hard are they to adjust? what about the pinion angle and whatnot. i'm not that great at suspension setups. i have no problem installing the stuff but when it comes to figuring out how to adjust the stuff im lost

how much do you want to spend? cuz i think these guys have one of the better setups ive seen. www.evolutionmsport.com it's a nice 3-link setup with a watts link instead of panhard bar. the stock triangulated 4-link in these things kinda sucks. make sure you do subframe connectors and torque box re-inforcements too!!!
