according to hertz, you cannot rent the car if you live in that town. you also must show a claim check or plane ticket stub before you can rent. there are a few stupid regulations as well.

I ran a 15.5 at Bandimere (like 6000 ft. altitude and usually around 90 degrees F), the same place that this hertz mustang is running, I can almost keep up!
