RE: Heater core headaches
I have done 5... Im about to do my 6th one this weekend. (Engine swap and some A-hole decided to break the neck on my fire-wall when I asked them to take that hose off...) Here are some instructions on how to do it. Your first time might take 4-6 hours; so plan on wasting your hole day. You can by-pass it right now, as I have done all summer. (it's getting cold quick here in MD.) You can buy an adapter that goes from 3/4 to 5/8, and connect the two hose off the rails on the engine together. I have found that to be the best way.
Have fun... And good luck...

RE: Heater core headaches
I have a feeling that my headache is gonna be my backache this weekend. Starting to get a little to cold to leave the windows down on the way to work in the morning.
The one true a** kicker about this is that I am gonna spend all this time on this and get no f*cking HP gain out of it. LOL.
