Squealing Belt with A/C Eliminator

I installed the March A/C Eliminator bracket and relocated the Idler pulley....now it screams like a howler monkey and the belt gets hot.

Anyone with any experiences/suggestions?

buy a shorter belt, I had the march kit and it kept throwing belts so I sold it and bought the FMS one, and never had a problem since

Sounds like the idler is not tight enough, I hate that I cannot adjust them. Try a shorter belt or a new idler. I dont know what else it could be.
