My stang -95 is jumping!

My stang -95 is jumping!
Hi can someone please help me before I go crazy!!!
My -95 Gt has started with jumping when am driving... wait I will explain, The car starts perfect and has perfect idle and when I start driving thers no problem, but when am holding at car at 40mph or what ever speed at a even rev the car gets hick-up and starts jumping. And if I givs i trottle then i goes for 5-10 sec and then it´s coming back[:@]. It doesn´t matter witch speed or rev am holding is coming. I have not made any changes on the car or tuning.
I´ve tryed with take off the battery for the night, for clean error codes, but NO. I´ve changed the sparks, ignition cables and distributor but it´s still there.

Adjust or replace your TPS (throttle position sensor)...sounds like it anyways.
