Ah, that's right. I forgot they were 7s. Then I'd go with a 255 width. Sidewall really depends on your gears. If you run the car at the track and make decent power and have a short gear, then a larger sidewall would be better and vice-versa.

I got bfg kdw 245-50 and happy so far only had it in the rain once but not to bad for the price

Not sure if anyone has run those on a turbine or not. The minimum recommended wheel width for the 275 is 7.5". You could always go with the 235/60/15. It's overall diameter is 26" just like the 275/50.

They should be fine in the rain. They are a normal street tire. It's when you go with a drag radial tire that things can get a little squirelly in the rain.

i had 275/50/15 on stock 10 hole rims. i had absolutely no isues with rubbing the fender or the quad shocks.

I have the Nitto 555R DR, but I can't say that I'd recommend them on a daily driver. Especially if you have to deal with wet roads.

The Nittos last a long time for a DR, but thats still not all that long.

Cool. Backspacing is definetely the key. Wonder if the turbines have the same bs??? If I would have had 4.5" bs on my welds, i'd still be running the quads and wouldn't have had to beat the inner fenders.

cool do you have any pics of the tires on the wheels? it comes out to be 1.9" of overlap on each side is that too much you think?

sorry i dont have pics. mine didnt stick out at all they fit nicely under the fenders

i mean if the rims is 7" and the tire is about 10.8", then the tire sticks out 1.9" over the rim on each side
