Default Explorer intake maniforld and TB

I have the upper and lower intake manifold from a '99 explorer that I'm gonna put on my car soon and I've heard that they are gt40 intakes but the numbers on it are the same as the cobra intake so which is it? I also have the throttle body and was wondering if any one knows the size of it.

it is neither, and the EGR system is not compatible, you will need to modify the intake. The lower is basically the same as a Cobra/GT40, but the upper is unique

They are basically the same as the Cobra. As for the tb size, just measure it. I'm not sure what it is off the top of my head. I could be mistaken, but I don't believe the 99 intake would have EGR provisions. Seems like they stopped having the provisions mid way through 97. Just something to keep in mind.

It will take quite a bit of modifications to get it to work properly with your car. I'd sell it and try to find a pre 97 Explorer manifold, CObra, GT40, etc, etc, etc.
