Default tranny out

i have an oil leak in my 90 GT's engine to tranny seal (rear main?) and a slipping clutch so im going to have pepboys replace it, they said its like $450 plus parts to take down my tranny so i might as well fix as many things as i can while its off. so far it will just be the seal and a clutch (what is a good performance clutch?) what else should i replace at this time? thanks

Spec is a good clutch. If you have a jack, stands, and a good tool set you can get it out yourself. Its fairly simple. The rear seal is easy also since its a 1-peice design.

King Cobra is a good clutch, but be careful buying on ebay. Many of them are imitations. KC, Spec, Centerforce, Clutchmasters, etc are all good. KC or Spec are probably the cheapest pricewise of performance clutches and they'll take some abuse. Oh, and I wouldn't even let a tech from Pep Boys sit in my car let alone do any kind of serious work on it. Take it to a tranny shop or find someone who can help you do it yourself and save the money
