Where are you located?

"larger everything" is pretty vague.

We need to know exactly what you have, in order to make recommendations.

What computer do you have now?

Sounds like a fun project!!!

The stock computer should do fairly well with that setup, if you plan ahead and correctly match the MAF/Injectors.
I have no experience with nitrous, but many folks have run nitrous with out requiring a tune.
While the stock computer will work, it will also leave some power on the table.
A good custom tune on a dyno will find that power.

Unfortunately I can't recommend anyone in Indiana, as I am out in Seattle.

Have you considered a handheld tuner?

Maybe someone else can help out though.
