If the car has any sentimental value I would keep it if you can. Thats why I never got rid of my 88 becuase I honestly do want to keep this car for the rest of my life. If you told me I had to either get rid of my perfect running 93 GT with 86K on the clock, perfect interior, etc. or get rid of my stripped down 88 GT roller I would toss the 93 IN A HEARTBEAT! Its all about what you love.... so if thats the car you want than thats the car you should keep! Just my .02

Dude dont worry about it. I think we all have been through this. When I bought my 91 notch I trusted the guy also and saw red flags on the car but still bought it anyway. I overpaid for the car I knew better but I wanted it. So now I am making the best out of it and tell myself when the car hits the steets next year its going to be one bad stang. Always keep a positive attitude ! We all get screwed over lied to even by the ones we trust and sometimes love.

Sorry to hear about all you guys to.. yeah I mean people just suck, not to much else to say... Honesty isan't a trait in todays world. Yeah I'm just going to drive my car how it is, and eventually maybe fix it up, if not get another fox. 85' is the year I fell in love with though.

I might just swap out the motor with a badass one, and call it even.
lol, gotta love the 85'. You know, you don't hear about many that are still out there. i got REALLY lucky(bought mine off an elementary school principal). But yeah, that sucks dude. Don't get to upset about it though, there are a bunch of foxes out there if it comes to that. Good luck.

Sorry to hear you are having such problems. But as was said earlier. think of all the experience you are getting. also if things were easy and fun all of the time,we wouldn't enjoy the really great times of our lives as much. bad has to be offset with good, sad has to be offset with happy. I say fix what Is wrong with the car as you can afford to and repair it better than the guy told you it was. make it yours. know the car, feel the car, be the car.

[sm=trust_me.gif] ONLY YOU CAN GIVE THIS STORY A HAPPY ENDING!!!!
