Keep in mind that your pcv system should have been upgraded slightly for the boost. I am not sure how these systems should be setup, as there seems to be some variation in what works.

For the vacuum noise: How close was your air filter to the supercharger? & did you check the metal tubes going into the intake for cracks?

For the oil psi: I'd have to agree with them on it. I think you may need to replace your bearings, Mine gets to around 5-8psi when idling & around 25 when at 2000 rpm when warm. I didn't replace my cam bearings when I rebuild my engine.

Black smoke comes out of most of my car's exhaust especially the twin turbo during startup. I think you're just running rich on startup. black = too much fuel, blue = oil, white = water/coolant.

high pitch = vac leak

thick black smoke = too rich

my ac lines got cut and you could hear the suction well inside the car.. almost kinda like a jet was about to take off lol

i would start with easy stuff and if you still cant figure it out bring it by a tuner

you wouldnt get oil in the intake with bad guides, the oil is leaking right into the combustion chamber..if you had alot of blow by (i.e. bad rings)then you would get oil into the intake from you vc breather if still hooked up. he needs to pull the plugs theyll tell you everything.

You can get oil in the intake from the seals/guides. Bad seals will allow oil into the intake runner of the head. Due to the dynamic airflow in the intake, oil will get everywhere.

i work at a multi line dealership and when we were doing the valve guide recalls on the 3.0 chrysler v6.. the upper plenums were very clean no mass amounts of buildup. but they sure would smoke to high hell.
