removing side molding on 1990 lx -help
 

i need to take the molding that runs the length of the car (on the doors and quarter panels) off to get to some rust, but im not sure how to take them off. does it slide off or is it glued? whats the best way to take the peices off? thanks.

you have to pry them a little at a time from one side to the other, there are a whole bunch of fasteners behind the plastic which mount into the door.... use a prybar for some leverage but be careful not to crease the door skin
