go to rollyourfender.com. you can rent for 50 dollars with 250.00 deposit and you pay shipping both ways. I rented it last year, it takes a little while to get the fender rolled but it works really well. I have a new paint job and it did no dammage to my quarters. I only rolled the rear quarters. I did not roll the front fenders.
good one!

When you roll the fenders its a good idea to heat the paint up with a heat gun because it will crack the paint on the outside when it bends.

The bat was an old trick, you put the bat between the tire and the inner fender. Then you roll the car very carefully, while the car rolls the bat gets sandwhiched between the tire and fender which then bends the fender. This is a very old way to do it and i found that some cars are so lowered the bat wont fit between them. Get the tool to do the job correctly and make sure you heat the paint or it will crack. I used a heat gun but be careful with that to.

Shocks won't cause a car to sag. If your shocks aren't bad I wouldn't replace them.

shocks dont affect ride height at all. its job is to keep your tire on the ground, and absorb some the road vibration. changing your shocks will not solve your problem. your springs on the other hand are a different story.
