Who would win?
This kid on another forum I frequent is talking **** on me about his daddy's car.
It's a 1989 Mustang LX 5.0, 5 speed, BONE stock minus a Vortech which is @ 9psi I think he said. He says it weighs 2900 lbs.
My car has the following (it's a T-5 as well):
GT-40 heads, GT-40 intake, bbk cai, E cam, full 2 1/2" exhaust, March pullies, 3.73s, Pro 5.0, Spec stage 2, bilstein adj. shocks + struts, 4-cyl springs up front, ford racing wires, strut tower bar (just thought I'd throw that in there), rear u/l control arms, and drag radials....
I'm thinking I'd win...But he thinks boost is Godly.
I hate kids who brag about **** like they own it when it belongs to their parents. I busted my *** off for two years to afford this car and all this ****, and kids like this make me want to hit something with a hammer.

RE: Who would win?
He may be mostly stock, but don't underestimate what 9 PSI of boost can do to a car! If he can get some good traction he can get some nice acceleration out of that. IMO this may come down to the driver (missing gears, bad start, bad launch, etc.)

LoL, well how often do people do absolutely nothing to their car but slap on boost? And I mean absolutely nothing besides the required supporting mods...I don't think that happens too often, I was just trying to get the point across.

LoL, I'm not actually mad...I don't get mad at people on the internet, I usually laugh at them. I just meant that it's gay that kids use their parents stuff to try to make them look badass, when there are people like me who are still pretty young but manage to make enough money and work hard enough to do what they want.
