Ahh I see, FWD for traction, since the motor is over the drive wheels that means you have to get better tractoin than RWD right? I got ya. haha.

Well I finally got my car running again last night. Woo hoo. I haven't had time to work on till this week because I have been doing alot of little side jobs. At first it wouldn't crank it would just turn over and then back fire, I had the Distributor turned 180 degress? Oops. I still have a few lil things to do before its right, but it will have to wait, I'm leaving for the Freak Show in a lil while.

I do have a pretty bad exhaust leak, maybe could have blew a header gasket when it backfired? it sound like its coming from the Passenger side bank right around the header? Could that be a possibility?

take off the valve cover and tighten down all of your headbolts again, dont be surprised to find em all loose


they probally backed off if you didnt use silicone on them when you did the engine swap.
