Default Clutch question

I converted my AOD car to a 5-speed just recently, and put a new Centerforrce clutch in it along with the pilot and throwout bearing. Now when I drive it, I lose a lot of tension in my clutch. So I have to get under the car and adjust the quadrant. Any ideas about what I should do. Would changing the quadrant help? I had the flywheel cut, if they messed up...could that cause the problem?
