maf & tb
will this be ok a 75maf ,70mm tb.and 24lb injectors.255lph fuel pump, working with trick flow wedge heads ,trickflow cam,and trickflow track heat upper and lowwer ,and a 125 shot of nos,and3.55 gears not sure if i should run 3.73 gears its a 5 speed

The MAF/Inj/TB combo will work well, just make sure the MAF is cal'd to the injectors.
The intake and cam should work quite well too.
What TrickFlow cam are you thinking about?
Gears can be a tough decision.
The 3.73 will improve power over the 3.55 gears, and MAY improve fuel economy in city. The in city economy improvement is due to higher mechanical efficiency.
The 3.55 gears would prvide better fuel economy on the highway, but will not provide as much power as the 3.73's.
My thoughts,
