Autolite 25's. That is the best plug for the 5.0 which is mostly stock. Don't waste your money on the platinums
That's what I ran... but now I run the Autolite 23's they are two stages colder......

oh ok, thanks... bc i want to get the best i can since my car is mostly stock right now, but im gettin things together piece by peace...
Plugs and wires are not really performance mods per 'se. Yes if your old ones are bad they will help but if they are good you will not see any measurable gains. It's good maintinance though.

yea... but it needed them because it had stock wires, and the plugs that were in it were pretty old, so i just wanted to go ahead and get plugs and wires just for the maintenance part, not necessarily performance... thanks for the help though guys

I work at an Auto parts store the only reason spark plugs are offered in platium is beace plantium is a harder metal and with stands higher temperture. Its mostly just for the plugs to last longer. From what I was told.

I use standard Autolight 3924s.

Then you should try Silver spark plugs. They up to three times longer and are a better conductor for electricity which means more power.

The silver wouldn't really make any noticeable difference at all. At the high voltages fed to the spark plugs they can jump large gaps of air to make contact, which is a terrible conductor. Even though silver is the best conductor, I don't believe it's worth a difference at all. I'm sure the amount of actual silver in the spark plug is such a small percentage it doesn't even make any difference. It's all marketing.....
