Do you still have your stock rims? If you do put slicks on them and just change the wheels out at the track.

don't sweat it dude, you didn't do that bad. my first time down the track i had identicle ET's on street tires as well even with only 17 pounds of tire pressure. i have 4.10 gears, a 5 speed, mac shorty headers, and mac O/R H pipe. don't feel bad. i'm trying to get some slicks and some upper and lower control arms right now.
