sorry to hijack the thread...but i was planning on getting the f303 cam and since u said that its not all that great, what would be a good cam that is relatively the same but better performance? i love the choppy idle the f303 cam gives.

another cam to try is the Crane Cams HR-226/320-2S-14
it has the same intake lift and duration as the F cam, however it raises the exhaust to .527 and 232°@.050 tappet lift
(the F cam is .512/.512 and 226°/226°)
(the crane cam is .512/.527 and 226°/232°)

Just what does the rest of the car amount to? And by that I mean the exact combination.
What's great in my carbeb 306 could well be the worst thing in the world for you car.
Cams are not a 'one size fits all' deal..... Many of the cams by themselves won't show any improvment in anything and could well make the car have driveability problems. You need the whole system to go with it........
