opinion plz and noob question
i just bought a 94 gt
for one... is this year better or worse than the fox bodies and then i have a tire question... there are cobra rims w/ bald 275/40/17 on it and i need to get tires quick. i was told 255/45/17's would be better.... anyone know?? thanks for the help...

thier good and bad...have better brakes,handling.....bad as thiewr slow and the 'puter in them suck
I'd go to

to check out sizing...the 255 is a smaller tire so it won;t fill up the wheel well as much..a 265/45/17 would be the same hieght

I personally have 275/40 up front and 315/35 out back... looks great cuz it bring the wheels closer to the outside of the car and evens them up with the body line so they dont look all tucked in and crap

I agree with 245 front and 275 (minimum - I'd go 295 at least personally)) rear. And the 94-95s have computers that don't get a long with cams too well and they are quite a bit heavier than the fox cars.

thx! i appreciate it. i love nothing more than having to spend a minimum of 600 or 700 dollars on tires though. speakin of which as far as the particular tire, do y'all have ne preferences or should i just go for a cheaper one. i was told by someone that basicall once u have a bit tire like a 245 or a 275, they all perform pretty good.

i put the rims AND tires on my car for only $995. my front tires (275/40/17) cost $88 a piece, my rears (315/35/17) are $107 each........
