were do i get the stuff that i need to runn a second PCV valve on the driver side valve cover and how do i hook it up ???

you dont need to have a second one, it wont do anything. run a breather on the other valve cover. if you are getting a large amounf of positive pressure (pushing your dipstick out) you need to look at your ring seal (or lack of)

Sorry I didn't get back to your pm.

Here is a pic of what I did to get the second pcv in...



I used a second pcv on the valve cover, and ran both pcv's through a separator from Home Depot.

It worked very well.
With the stock 1 pcv I was having to empty the separator at every fuel fillup.
With the second pcv installed I did not have to empty the pcv at all.

I did have some blowby, which made it even tougher for the single pcv to vent the pressure in the crankcase.

it leaking around my intake form the crank psi, i have a breather on one side , no one will help so ill jus have to stat trying stuff[:@]

Do you have a pcv running into the intake currently?

If not then just start adding more breather caps.
The more the better.

It looks like you have the pcv plumbed into the same line as the vac line which supplies VAC to the vac tree. This is not ideal, as any oil that works its way out of the pcv has access to the rest of the vac access. You don't want to get oil in the brake booster.

You may be able to run the car without a pcv, which would be the easiest thing for you to do.
Install a few breathers on the valve covers, remove the pcv and see what happens.

You don't have emissions do you?

do i really need a pcv system? , can it breath better with out one? any way i could replumb it? the little tree shows , s - b/r - a/c - s/c - b/b and the hose that is pluged to the pvc is comming off the one that has a s over it, and also i dont have emissions were i live

IF you don't care about emissions then just pitch the pcv, and add multiple breathers.

Def. get the pcv line off the vac tree though. This is just asking for trouble.

It would be best to use a closed pcv system, but I am not sure this is appropriate for a carb application, so just running breather should be fine.
