Will these Vortech and Novie 1000/2000 "kits" made for the 5.0
fit on the 351W

wondering if the brackets will work since mounting points would
be in different place since the heads are physically higher from the bottom of the engine on 351

Anyone know?

i dont know for sure but i'd imagine you'd have to tweak them around a little bit to fit just right.... i'd call the boys at vortech and ask them....jmo

I thought that they made a kit for the 351W... I would check it out.

they do but its for like the Lightning truck and has everything in the wrong place.

I'm almost 100% positive that the Novi 2000 will work on a 351W in a mustang. But there are minor bracket mods that are required for 351W install. I don't know about the 1000 but I'm pretty sure about the 2000. I'll have to look it up and check about the brackets.

edit: I can't seem to find any info on it. But I think some minor custom mods on the bracket and it should work. But don't take my word for it, lol. Might be worth calling them to find out.
