I have the chance of a lifetime to get a 428 Cobra motor fairly cheap. I was wondering what you'd have to do to a Mustang so it would handle the torque/hp. I'm talking 3gs for it--like new, out of a car on which this guy did a complete rebuild. Now he needs money for college. To put it in an 86 mustang, what would I have to do? It would probably be around 600hp at the rear wheels. He said it comes with a 4 speed tranny too.
Fixed.
