Default h-pipe help

i want to get an h-pipe hoping that my weak mustang is due to a clogged cat, but my ? is in a 1994 mustang gt do i need mil eliminators on an off road h pipe or is that only the newer ones. and if i have to spend that much am i just better off getting a high flow cat h pipe? will it still make the car louder?

I'm pretty sure the 5.0 motor wasnt OBD-2, so you will be ok without the eliminators. To be safe, count the O2 sensors on you stock pipe. If you only have 2 up by the headers, then you dont need the MILs.

w/ the air/fuel ratio guage, you will need to run a serparate o2 sensor.
