Default Rear Gears

Hey again,

I'm fixin to buy me some rear gears for an 89-92 LX (still deciding).
I called up summit and the tech guys say that the stock LX of that year will fit the 4.10 gears easily. What can I expect from 4.10 gears and is it bad to run those gears in a 5 speed? (should I just start from red lights in 2nd gear as to not waste gas?)
Thanks again haha..

4.10s are prolly a little high if u ever drive on the highway, with a 5 speed id go with 3.7s or maybe 3.55s

I just got my shipping confirmation from summit and I'm getting 3.73s and I have a 5-speed. A guy at work head the ring and pinion that had maybe 8000 miles on it, and for $100, he'd said he'd also help install it.

He keeps talking sh** about how the scion is such a cool powerful car (he just turned 18, oh joy). I want him to wet himself when I'm done with him... HAHAHAH I am such a good friend...
