Default Wheel lock question

How can I get my wheel locks off without the key. I did not get one when I bought the car 2 months ago. Any suggestions? The car is torn down right now with engine mods and I need to put on SSBC brakes and a suspension kit!

i just had this problem. some 12 point 21mm sockets and a large hammer is what i used. just hammered the sockets on the nuts, and threaded them off!

Some auto parts stores sell a locking lug nut removal tool. Its about $10.

go to a mechanic, he should only charge you ten bucks to get them off and put the new ones on if he has the key already

No reason to buy a tool... just pound a socket on there and take it off. Its not that hard.

his locks are allen wrench style (rounded outisde) and there on cobra rims where the lugs are recessed... he'll totally trash the sockets, if not the wheels... its a tight fit int here even with the correct socket.... it'll be cheaper to go to a garage cough up a few bucks and get it over with!

I tried vice grips and an air chissel but neither worked for me. I ended up welding studs onto the locks to get mine off.
