tear it apart. install new heads and cam and at the same time that your doing that your installing new gaskets and cleaning the engine

parts aren't cheap though, seriously ask Cristian. I'll find him and have him come to the forum tomorow afternoon.

302 head bolts are smaller then the 351 bolts. you need to enlarge the holes in the heads to make it work.

define cleaning it?

like prepare it for building up... get all the old sludge and crap out of it and make it as close to new as you can get it before you start working on it

one thing i'm worried about it all the wiring crap that ford has surrounding the motor
