basically on the drivers side of the transmission, there is one bolt (7/16" head) holding a clip onto a cable that goes into the tranny, remove this bolt and slide out the assembly, there will be a speedo gear attached with a c clip, use a small flat head screwdriver to pop this off, and install the new one, peg end first (line up square end inside housing) then reinstall into the tranny and tighten the bolt. very easy and may take ten minutes with a beer in one hand!

thats do-able... thanks for the help...! imma also send my speedometer to BROTHERS PERFORMANCE to get the spedo recaliberated kuzz i dont want that 85mph..., 1 want 145 or 200....! YEAH..! but thanks man..!

haha that helps me out too i just got 4.10s in my rear end..and now i need to get a speedo gear for it....it IS the 23 tooth right?
