s/c and nos???? can the 5.0 take it?
Well, I was going to buy a 94/95 GT and put about 6 grand into it. I am trying to get this to be a mainly straightline performance car....I would most likely have to put in a new tranny which will be about 2 out of the 6 right there. so i have four to work with the motor and suspension. I was thinking about putting on U/L control arms, struts, shocks, and springs for the suspension, full exhaust, 100 shot of nitrous, a 8 or 10 psi blower, H/C/I.....(would the motor be able to handle this?) or would i be better off getting a new short block and building it up? Please help me out guys.
Thanks.
Thanks.

go for a foxbody stang, save some money on that first.....then build up a 351w and put a blower on that then do your suspension and dont forget to put your batter in the back of your car

I would like to get into the 11's if possible, and i have looked for 347's and 351's but they were all 5-6 grand. and i figured the aftermarket performance parts were expensive/hard to find......

6 grand into it? Dude with 3 grand you can have a 400hp N/A 347 running low 12's

I say forged 347 with N2O. Prolly build it on a dart block. But that'll cost you. You should be able to build an injected 347 on a stocker though.

Is that what you did, stroke your stock motor to a 347?
