So this came as a complete suprise to me but while i was under my car today messing around with installing an adjustable clutch cable, quadrant and adjuster... I happened to notice that my speedometer sensor did not have a cable attached to it. It is an electronic unit! Does anyone have any idea why this would be?! I was under the impression that all t-5's were cable driven and that the electronic speedo's didnt start being used until 99.

im so confused!
