Default Weird tranny problem.

So guys, what makes my tranny so hard to shift while the car is running, but it's smooth as silk with the engine off? Syncs going bad? WHat would you guys think it is? Maybe clutch cable?[]

Im hoping this new cable kit from UPR will fix it. If not I'm gonna take it to a tranny shop to have it checked. I just find it weird that it works so good with the car off but shifts like sheit with the car started.

my 1st guess is the clutch cable, second, clutch itself, 3rd, maybe syncros, but doubtful. it shifts great when its off because there is nothing turning the input shaft... when its on, everything is turning, even in neutral, so its not having to do any work w. the car off, where when its on, the clutch needs to be fully disengagued, and the syncros have to do their job.

How bout bad/loose motor/tranny mounts? That could also mess with it, right?
