sanding tailights??????

hey i've heard of wet sanding headlights then hitting it with a bufer will make it look like new.. i have never done it myself so i was wondering DOES IT REALLY WORK???? also the question i would really like answerd is does it work on taillight??? like the lx ones??? thanks

there was just a post on here i think yesterday about this, it does work just use a buffer and some compound....tail lights how freaking bad could they be?

yes it works on both we do it all the time t the body shop esp when a car is wrecked on one side make the old lens match the brand new on a little better
