I changed out both sides. One side I did with the fender on and it was a pain since one pin was a factory pin. On the other side I had to fender off to do some panel aligngin and I swapped the pins. That is by far teh easiest way to do them. Its not that hard to get the fender off either and if you car was like ours then it will be a good time to clean out teh inner fender area.
