I went to start my car today and all the presets on the radio were gone. i havent even opened the hood. the only thing i touched was the rear defrost the day before. but the radio was fine when i started the first time after using rear defrost. anyone got an idea of what went wrong?

sounds like poor wiring somewhere...prob your mem wire.

have you checked the wiring harnass going to the radio, if its loose and come uplugged that would reset the radio settings
