Buy the polyurethane bushing kit, the harder bushings go into your stock rear control arms. The kit is less than a $100 and will improve traction on a budget. It's alot more work than just replacing the control arms but I wouldn't buy the cheap arms as I made the mistake of doing, I broke both upper control arm bushings and egg shaped the arms with three drag strip passes. Frame connectors can be bought for less than $100 and are a great chassis mod. Lakewood 90/10 drag struts, a little more expensive but worth alot in traction. Summit and Jegs has them for about $90 a piece. Remove your front sway bar and buy some 4 cylinder front springs at a junk yard and you've got a good budget suspension.
